Four core areas. Everything we offer is free of charge for participants.
1. Rehabilitative work and social rehabilitation
Rehabilitative work and social rehabilitation. Our coaches help you build skills, find rhythm and discover what suits you.
Who it's for: people who have been out of work for a long time and want to take steps forward at their own pace.
- Living Room — building social skills in a safe environment
- Handicrafts — crafts from recycled materials, textile repair
- LuovaNauha · Visual Arts — painting, drawing, sculpture
- LuovaNauha · Band — playing, singing, mixing, electronic music
- Maintenance Crew — yard work, property maintenance, logistics

2. Open Activities
Low-threshold meeting places open to everyone. No registration, no fee.
- Meeting Place Callio — Mon and Fri 9 AM–1 PM at Vilunen Manor (Riipuksenkatu 9). Free breakfast every Thursday 9–11 AM
- Meeting Place Mukana — multicultural space at Rautatienkatu 17. Mon–Fri 12–5 PM. Women & children mornings on Thursdays 10 AM–noon
- NoppaKilta — board games every Monday at Vilunen Manor
3. Nuorten Nauha
Support and activities for young people aged 18–32.
- Outreach Youth Work — Ministry-funded support for under-29s with education, work, housing or finances. Confidential and free.
- Young Nauha — group for ages 18–32. Tue–Thu 11 AM–3 PM at Hämeenpuisto.
- Cafe Nauha — teaching cafe for ages 18–29. Customer service and barista skills.
4. Housing Services
Nauhakodit Ylöjärvi offers supported housing and day activity for adults who need help managing daily life.
The aim: every resident finds a balance that supports their own life — both structure and freedom.
